Dubious Lexicon: J.CO Donuts Philippines to open more branches in 2013

Star Wars Saga movies are not showing these days, neither are Lord of the Rings Trilogy films. But the lines of people buying donuts in J.Co is an absolutely epic mishap. Last December 30, I took the liberty of falling in line in its Trinoma Branch which took me 1 hour and 50 minutes to buy just 2 dozens of their esteemed donuts.

I interviewed some of J.Co’s staffs as to how are they currently improving the long que’s within their stores and it seems - the good news is J.CO will be setting up over 10 more new branch stores this 2013 in the Philippines.

The good thing now is that you can now pre order by phone and just pick up your order at the specific branch nearest you. Save the nearest branch's number on your phone and negotiate with the store as to what time you can drop by to claim your orders. Make sure you bring an I.D. to validate your claim.

“Currently; we are in over capacity to serve customers faster but are still improving our operations. We had currently opened 4 new branches within the past 6 months and those new branches with double production capacity to serve customers better in a faster pace”.

“Responses to our Eastwood branch is really great, people are lining up as early as 7am, we’re now considering to operate 24/7 on branches near corporate and BPO centers”.
